"You gotta get here! After a week in a decent room in Beijing, this was a spa-like getaway. The place is beautiful and details are well attended to. The staff is great at communicating and can help set up drivers and tours as you are interested. We wanted a calligraphy class ... so they had a local painter come to the hotel and guide us in a private session. "You will get more than expected for the price you pay for staying here. First of all, me and my group of people had so many last minute arrangements and Steven and his team attended to us attentively, fulfilling all our needs. The place is so near to Muslim Quarter that its so easy to get souvenirs and you will not have a chance to be hungry. This place is extra cosy and all the staffs were so friendly to us. "Hotel staff were excellent, couldn't provide greater compliments. They were friendly, and helpful whenever you needed them. The location is also ideal, with easy access to virtually everything you would want to see within the city walls. The room was OK, but the bed was very uncomfortable, with only a very thin yoga mat style mattress on a wooden bed. Overall, would stay again, but hopefully the beds will be replaced."
