"Die Hütte, das Bewirtungsteam, das Essen waren perfekt. Wer eine besondere Umgebung, mit genialer Aussicht für sein Event sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Matratzenlager ist spartanisch aber sauber. Der „Aufstieg“ ist machbar, wärend der Skisaison allerdings nicht zu empfehlen, da zweimal die Piste überquert werden muss."

"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. "Three of my friends and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and plentiful, sauna was perfect after a long day of skiing. The bar was great and Stavros our bar tender made the best drinks for us while we enjoyed the piano player every evening before dinner. The entire staff was attentive and remembered our preferences with food and drinks. Beds were comfy in the two bedroom suite we shared. Definitely a great stay for a week of skiing. "

"This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. From the ornate exterior to the finely furnished hallways and bedrooms wrought in finely carved wood. Against the backdrop of the Tyrolean mountains and the quaint village of Zirl, this hotel is a must if you’re in the area.
