"My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new.
