Spacious villa with private swimming pool.

This beautiful villa with lots of privacy and a beautiful view is located in Camplong, near Felines Minervois. The villa has 4 bedrooms for 8 people. 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with a bunk bed. The villa is ideal for families with children.

The villa has a swimming pool for a refreshing dip. From the villa you can explore the beautiful Aude valley, the vineyards of the Minervois, Corbières and the Pyrenees. On the south side of the hill you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Aude valley. The terrace with large dining table, sun loungers and barbecue are perfect for relaxing outdoors. From the garden with the hardwood garden furniture you can enjoy the surroundings in peace. There is a TV with international channels in the living room, a Chromecast for streaming, a DVD player and an internet radio. The wood-burning stove and air conditioning keep things comfortable inside at all times.

A cot and high chair are available for a small fee. 2 pets are allowed for 25 euros per pet per stay. The airport is 59.8 km away.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network

Was für ein schönes Haus! Es ist komplett ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit dem Manager war effizient und angenehm. Zusammen mit dem Swimmingpool und dem Whirlpool ist es eine erstklassige Lage. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits der Hauptstraßen, sodass die Fahrten etwas länger dauern. Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Een zeer mooi huisje op een mooie locatie met fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei met in de verte de witte besneeuwde toppen van de Pyreneeën. We hebben er een fijne week verbleven in de paasvakantie met zeer mooi weer. De jacuzzi is echt aangenaam. Het zwembad was in deze periode spijtig genoeg iets te koud (misschien verwarming overwegen?). Gr, K. Geens.

Dit jaar opnieuw gekozen voor de heerlijke 8-persoons villa Lezard Bleu. Schitterend gelegen in de bergen van Camplong (hameau van Felines Minervois) met uitzicht op het dal en de Montagne Noire. Voor ons alles waar wij van houden: uniek gelegen, natuur, rust, zwembad, terras, jacuzzi, airco...en alles wat mooi is aan Occitanie goed bereikbaar per auto. Service ter plekke is prima verzorgd!

Wij hebben een leuke vakantie gehad in dit huis Huis , zwembad , ligging, airco , Tv met veel nederlandse zenders , grote koelkast / vriezer zijn allemaal uitstekend !! Een aantal punten kunnen o.i. verbeterd worden om de prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding op orde te brengen * huiskamerbanken ( vering) * vaatwasser * Koelkast (geluid) * Aanrecht * Koekenpannen * Ligstoelen met de ligkussens en de zitkussens * Handdoeken pakket vonden wij onvoldoende

Mooie villa. Fantastisch uitzicht. Zeer rustige omgeving. Goede voorzieningen zoals Amerikaanse koelkast met sublieme ijsblokjesmachine. Fijne Jacuzzi. Uitstekende WIFI. Mooi zwembad maar niet verwarmd. In zomer niet nodig, maar op dit moment (23-09-2021) erg koud water. Verder geen klachten. Een aanrader voor mensen die voor hun vakantie de rust zoeken.

Heerlijk huis in een hele rustige omgeving. Je hebt wel overal de auto voor nodig, maar op zich is er genoeg te doen in en rond het huis. Zeer complete inrichting. Klein minpuntje voor de schoonmaak. Lakens en badkamers waren niet schoon en afwasmachine stond nog vol toen we aankwamen. Maar er staat een wasmachine dus in een oogomdraai hadden we weer schoon beddengoed.

Manque d'instructions en francais. Le classeur d'accueil semble tres bien fait mais hormis le reglement intérieur aucune description en francais uniquemment en anglais et néerlandais L'acces au spa mériterait une amélioration ( accés par un parpaing pas tres stable pour ouvrir le spa et nous n'avons pas trouvé la notice correspondante au spa présent. Il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la sdb du 1etage,compte tenu de la météo en mai c'est un peu juste... Sinon belle maison avec une belle déco, bien équipée calme et agréable mais signaletique de la villa à revoir ainsi que le chemin pour ceux qui ont des voitures basses à améliorer.

Het was een heerlijk groot huis met mooie slaapkamers en badkamers en een ruime keuken en woonkamer. Vooral buiten was echt het vakantiegevoel met het grote overdekte terras, het zwembad en de jaccuzie. We hadden zowel zon als regen, en beide is geen probleem in dit huis. We hebben genoten. Ook de omgeving is mooi en heel rustig met allemaal kleine dorpjes en heel veel druivenvelden. Het is best afgelegen op een berg, wel met buren, maar heel stil. Je hoort er allerlei vogels en het uitzicht is fenomenaal. Een aanrader!! We komen er graag nog eens terug.

De accommodatie is bekend en zeer geliefd, we komen er al vanaf 2013. Villa, zwembad, uitzicht, omgeving, rust, Languedoc, katharen historie, fijne terrasjes in de buurt of binnen een half uur met de auto...dit is voor ons vakantie!

Maison lézard bleu
Dommage que la maison n’était pas propre à notre arrivée (vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle, table extérieure non lavée, terrasse collante, baignoire sale) et que les draps n’étaient pas en suffisance et les linges pas présents. L’arrivée se fait seul, les clés sont dans un boîtier, nous n’avons donc pas de contact avec le propriétaire ou le gérant, c’est dommage.
