The villa features an open kitchen, a living room with TV, party games etc. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace or garden, or take a swim in the private pool. Warm up after a tiring day in the bubble bath. Play equipments ensure that kids stay entertained, while you can sun soak on the loungers. Cot and high chair is available for a small fee.

Heerlijk en schoon huis, rustig gelegen. Mooi terras rondom met verschillende zitjes zodat je op elk moment van de dag naar wens in de zon of in de schaduw kunt eten/ontspannen en van het mooie uitzicht genieten. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi zijn schoon en op een fijne temperatuur ingesteld. De keuken is hagelnieuw. Voor een bakker moet je de auto in (wel is er een klein winkeltje met beperkt aanbod van stokbrood en croissants op loopafstand) en de omliggende dorpjes zijn wat ingeslapen. Leuke steden zijn binnen een uur met de auto te bereiken.

Spätsommer in Minervois
Tolles Haus mit perfekter Sonnenlage. Die Fotos sind akkurat, tolle Aussicht, schöner Pool. Küchenausstattung gut (allerdings hat mir ein großer Kochtopf gefehlt). Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig: Felines ist ein abgelegenes Dorf, es gibt nur ein kleines (aber gutes) Restaurant und eine Epicerie. Für alles andere muss man mindestens 10 km fahren. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Wat een heerlijk huis! Rustig gelegen, een heerlijk zwembad en jacuzzi.. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en is zeer kindvriendelijk. Er is veel speelgoed en natuurlijk de speeltoestellen in de tuin! Echt een aanrader!

Een heel fijn huis in een hele mooie omgeving. Er is een voldoende groot zwembad ...
Een heel fijn huis in een hele mooie omgeving. Er is een voldoende groot zwembad en de jacuzzi is echt heerlijk! Er is heel veel zwembadspeelgoed.Twee badkamers en twee toiletten zijn handig. De keuken is voldoende groot en er is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Er zijn twee terrassen om te eten, maar die aan de keuken is de hele dag door in de blakende zon zonder overkapping, en de andere is aan de living, met mooi uitzicht en zicht op het zwembad. Deze is eigenlijk te klein voor vijf/zes mensen. Je kan dan niet meer passeren en er is 's avonds ook nog heel laat zon (wel mooie zonsondergang), zodat je wel verplicht bent om binnen te eten of heel laat na zonsondergang. Het dorpje is klein zonder bakker of slager maar wel met een klein winkeltje met een hele vriendelijke eigenares en er is zo goed als alles wat je nodig hebt, ook brood en vlees. Het is ongeveer 700 meter stappen. Naast Carcassonne is ook Minerve een fantastisch dorp om te bezoeken. We waren een beetje ontgoocheld in het onthaal. Er was namelijk geen onthaal. We hebben van de hele week niemand gezien. We hebben over niets uitleg gekregen en er is ook geen map met tips. Er staat ook geen frisse fles water of zo als je aankomt na 13 uur rijden. Het koffie-apparaat moesten we nog zoeken en was helemaal onder 't stof. Het afwasapparaat stond vol met kletsnatte afwas en was zelfs nog een beetje vuil en het zwambadwater was niet verwarmd, ondanks dat dat in de prijs inbegrepen zat. Op een SMS dat er een error was aan het zwembadapparaat, werd heel snel geantwoord maar er is geen zwembadman komen kijken. Eens we ons over die teleurstelling heen gezet hadden, hebben we wel echt genoten van het huis. Ik wil er ook nog bijzeggen dat het bericht dat we kregen dat we eventueel vanaf 12.00u in het huis mochten, heeft veel goed gemaakt want nu was er nog voldoende tijd om een winkel op te zoeken.
