Villa in Félines Minervois with pool

Enjoy an unforgettable time in this beautiful holiday villa on the outskirts of Félines-Minervois, in grounds of no less than 3000 m². Besides a beautiful private pool (heated to 26 degrees), an uncovered spa and 2 lovely terraces, it offers breathtaking views over the vineyards and the village of Félines. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

From the cottage, you can walk to the heart of this typical Minervois village, with its 17th-century church, the ruins of the Château de Ventajou, a grocery shop and a restaurant. To the north is the Montagne Noire and its forests, and to the south of the accommodation is the sea (Gruissan is a 1-hour drive away) and the Canal du Midi. Don't forget to visit the markets of Olonzac (Tuesday), Lézignan (Wednesday) or Narbonne (Thursday and Sunday). The accommodation is in a region with beautiful hiking trails through the hills. Visit the beautiful village of Minerve, between the Cesse and Brian rivers, and admire its special location while enjoying dinner in one of its great restaurants.

The holiday home is bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated. A little further on the property runs a small river and in the beautiful garden you will find plants typical of this region.

The swimming pool is open and available for use only from May to September.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Mardille in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Ausstattung und Ausstattung ist optimal, es mangelt an nichts. Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Dorf und die Hügel und eine überdachte Terrasse mit Essbereich bis spät in die untergehende Sonne. Beheizter Swimmingpool und Whirlpool runden das Vergnügen ab. Unser Aufenthalt war so ein Erfolg, dass wir keinen Drang verspürten, kritische Kommentare abzugeben.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Wir vermieten seit ca. 10 Jahren ein Haus mit Schwimmbad, in dem Hunde erlaubt sind. Wir wissen also, wovon wir reden: Wir haben noch nie ein so komplettes und sauberes Haus erhalten, in dem ALLES vorhanden war. Nicht mit all den abgenutzten Sachen, kaputten Stühlen und Sonnenschirmen. Nein: alles ist in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden (z. B. Besteck, Taschen, Gläser, Töpfe und Pfannen, Lebensmittelbehälter). Kurz gesagt, es war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Sogar eine Benutzerkarte zum Öffnen des Containers im Dorf für den Hausmüll. Die Lage des Hauses im Verhältnis zum Dorf ist perfekt. Es gibt einen örtlichen Laden, in dem Sie (TIPP!!!) Ihr Brot oder Gebäck jeden Tag im Voraus für den nächsten Tag bestellen können. Bei Fragen konnte man sich jederzeit an die Gastgeberin Karin wenden, die einem sehr schnell eine Antwort gab. (Aufgrund von Problemen mit der Wasserversorgung in der Region waren wir einen Tag lang ohne Wasser, und Karin hat die Situation regelmäßig per WhatsApp kommuniziert. Auch hier hat das Dorf sehr gut reagiert, um alle mit Wasser zu versorgen.) 1 Tipp: Das Grundstück ist nicht vollständig eingezäunt. Wenn Sie also Ihren Hund mitbringen, würde er über die (hohe) Mauer von der Straße wegkommen. Das Haus und der Service sind es wert!!

Proper huis en mooi zwembad. Perfecte ligging in leuk dorp met een top restaurantje Cafe occitane en enkele wijnhuizen waaronder het ecologische en lekkere Maris (zeer interessante toer en uitleg). Niet ver van Narbonne, Carcasonne, Narbonne Plage of Leucate Plage en Lac de Jouarrez. Al bij al dus een topvakantie maar wel heel warm dit jaar! 😀

Wij hebben bijzonder genoten van deze charmante, mooie vakantiewoning in een al even leuke omgeving! Wij waren positief verrast van alle voorzieningen. Er werd niets aan het toeval overgelaten en er was veel voorzien zoals kaarsen, servetten, zwembadmateriaal,... Ook de communicatie verliep vlot, correct en op goede manier! Kamers zijn bijzonder ruim. De BBQ en het zwembad alsook de verschillende terrassen zorgen uiteraard voor de kers op de taart. Ook qua privacy valt er niets op te merken. Als enig minder punt kan eventueel de toestand van de badkamers gegeven worden. Deze zijn wat out of date maar voor een verblijf waarbij vooral buiten geleefd wordt, kan dit zeker nog een rondje mee! Topvakantie!

Prachtig vakantiehuis. Alles aanwezig voor een geslaagde vakantie. Rustige omgeving en vriendelijke mensen. Top ligging en een goede uitvalsbasis van bergen tot Middellandse zee. Professionele service en een map met allerlei informatie over het vakantiehuis, tips en aanbod over de omgeving. Dag en nacht bereikbaar voor hulp. Belvilla tovert een glimlach op ons gezicht. Dankjewel om onze batterijen terug te helpen opladen. Mardille in Félines Minervois is een aanrader.

Het vakantiehuis ligt in een prettige buurt bij bezienswaardigheden en een klein supermarktje. Echter is het huis toe aan renovatie. Zo is er schimmel in de badkamers, losse kitranden en de bedden zijn ronduit slecht evenals de bank. Gehuurd beddengoed was sleets en twee terrasstoelen kapot. We hebben direct gemeld dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was, er was ook geen zeil aanwezig en dit was pas na 1 week opgelost. Echter van de gevraagde compensatie hoorde we niks meer.
