tolle Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, hat einen schönen Balkon, und gute Betten. Nur leider liegt sie in einem Wohngebiet am Rand von Feldkirch. In das Zentrum mussten wir mit dem Auto fahren.

Eine gepflegte und geräumige Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Versorgen und zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus wandern und rundherum die Natur entdecken. Beeindruckend ist der Ausblick auf die Berge.

Een overcompleet appartement met parkeergarage. Wat een luxe!
Een appartement op de tweede verdieping (topfloor) met alles wat je wenst voor een topvakantie. Wij (2x ouder 2x kind) hebben enorm genoten gedurende onze wintersportvakantie. Aardige verhuurder (spreekt ook Engels soms handig). Bijzonder was voor ons de luxe van een wasmachine, parkeergarage en enorme smart-tv! Geen lift aanwezig, was voor ons geen enkel probleem. Kortom niets om over te klagen gewoon : "Sehr gutt ".

Ferien wie zuhause... es ist alles da!
Wir waren mit meinen Eltern eine Woche da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Wohnbereich ist großzügig und der Balkon bietet auch genug Platz für vier Leute. Die zweite Toilette ist besonders bei vier Personen super und die Waschmaschine war unsere Rettung, da wir eine schlammige Bergwoche erwischt haben. Der Fernseher ist riesig und bietet eine große Programmauswahl. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Spültücher, Spüli, Toilettenpapier, sogar Alufolie und Küchentücher, es war einfach alles da. Meine Eltern sind schon etwas älter, daher schreib ich jetzt einfach auch, wie sie die Wohnung wahrgenommen haben. Falls jemand ebenfalls mit Ü65ern fährt. Besonders begeistert waren sie von den guten Matratzen und der Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Sie sind noch sehr fit, daher war auch das Dachgeschoss kein Problem für sie... das wusste man ja auch vorher. Fussläufig sind auch kleinere Läden- Supermarkt, Bäcker...- zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 35 Minuten. Meine Eltern haben, im Gegensatz zu uns, ein paar Dinge vermisst, die ich hier nur erwähne, damit man sich darauf einstellen kann. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Schränke, Nachtische oder kleine Bettlampen. Es gibt jeweils eine offene Garderobe und Ablage und im Flur einen großen Einbauschrank. Stauplatz ist also ausreichend da.Für Kaffeetrinker: Es gibt einen Kaffeeautomaten, aber keine gute alte Kaffeemaschine. Der Kühlschrank ist riesig, aber besitzt kein Eisfach... ist vielleicht für Sommerurlauber interessant. Ansonsten waren nicht nur die Eltern, sondern auch wir sehr angetan von der schönen Wohnung mit dem wundervollen Ausblick und wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir sicher wieder.

Unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Ausstattung ok, ein paar Leselampen und Ablagemöglichkeiten am Bett wären gut.
