"I had a problem with self check-in process because I was a half hour arriving due to my missed train connection from zurich to grenchen and I did not have correction reservation number. So I pressed the speaker button and someone responded and due to the language barrier i eventually resolved the problem"

"Great location! Cozy hotel! Lots of care and attention to detail! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24/7. A kitchen that guest could use to cook meals was great! The breakfast was perfect! Very clean. After a day of checking out the city we would come back to the hotel to find little cookies available at the coffee station. The hotel gave you the comforts of home! Rooms are small and the courtyard was loud when the doors were open. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a perfect stay! "
