"The Barn is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The location is lovely, situated on the edge of Eridge woods and overlooking beautiful countryside - we were spoiled for views in every direction. The Barn was so comfortable and beautifully decorated and we loved the original artworks adorning the walls. Beds were very comfortable. The Barn was unbelievably well equipped - lots of kitchen gadgets and plenty of pots, pans etc etc. Better than my own kitchen! The outside space was lovely to sit...

"Filthy on arrival with a broken toilet. dangerous building materials in the garden a broken swing and an unlocked shed full of rubbish We only stayed one night as it was so bad and the owner has refused us a refund."
