Friendly staff, great vibe, nice reception area with games like pool and video games to hang out, free snack around 4pm, ski shop in the hotel with very friendly staff - we enjoyed our 3 days of skiing! The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. The pool and spa area was a great plus when coming back from a day of skiing. You have to take the car to go skiing but...

"We loved our time here. We came in summer, and the water park adjacent was pretty great, even though the wave pool was down for repairs on the day we went. We also walked 5 min to the escalators up to 1650 to eat. This was really nice not to use the car. Be aware you have to book dinner even though its a buffet, we weren't told about this and went to the buffet 2 nights got sat fine then rest of the nights had a 45 min -1 hour wait, after skiing you are definitely tired and don't want to be waiting to eat.
