"Rather than staying at a noisy hotel, we opted to go with the VRBO while at a lax tourney at the DE turf. The house is located in a quiet area. We ventured into surrounding towns for local restaurants and shopping. (It does take 12-15 min to get anywhere). The accommodations were comfortable and my daughter and I had our own sleeping areas. "

"The property was just as we remembered it. This is our second stay at this location so no surprises. The driveway is a little tight with the new fence but not an issue, so why mention it you say? As we get older the stairs are very tight and would become an issue. I sent a note to ES people about the plumbing upstairs but an easy fix. All good maybe see you next time."

"The original home is unique and gorgeous and the additions, the sunroom facing sunrises and the lodge style master chef kitchen gave us plenty of room to spread out. The large lawn and driveway gave us plenty of areas to walk the dogs and the beach was a daily swim spot for the dogs. The pool was one of the nicest we have had yet. We love the places with nice pools facing the boats out on the water. We will be back again for sure"

"The Ranch at Royal Oak was a fantastic property. The property was exactly as advertised - gorgeous waterfront estate with a large lawn. Incredibly peaceful. We were looking for a getaway to hit pause and just relax and the ranch Royal Oak was exactly what we needed. Marissa was a great host - incredibly responsive, check in instructions are very clear.and easy to follow. I highly recommend this property for your next getaway."

" Wonderful quiet property with a fully equipped stay. AC, Lighting, bug prevention, kitchen amenities, and linens were huge positives. The water temp/controls were a tad confusing and variable, difficult to tell the cause. Another comfort note would be the ladder rungs to the upper bed - they were extremely difficult and uncomfortable to use. There isn't much room for a ladder, so the selected style is understandable, but for anyone looking for a quick and easy sleeping sleeping arrangement...

"Our long weekend was so enjoyable. Coffee on the deck overlooking the water. Dinner outside on the patio. Super comfortable house with plenty of space. The owner provided 2 kayaks that we enjoyed and rented paddle boards. Plenty of games to use as well. I highly recommend this house with great location to St Michael and Easton. Property management was easy to work with with. Very accommodating "

"The house was perfectly located, close to central Oxford and the riverfront, as well as close to Doc's Sunset Grill, which was nice! The bikes came in handy and were used frequently to explore the area. There were a couple of things that could help for another guest. One, more coffee cups. Also, it would be helpful to mention that the coffee maker is standard and not a Keurig type of coffee maker. We brought a lot of K-cups and couldn't use them and had to go out and buy regular coffee. Not...
