My car was impounded on the morning of checkout and the hotel showed me to check out 3 hours late and let me keep all my belongings up in my room until I was able to get my vehicle back and put my license into my own car. The room was clean, the hotel had a great winter aesthetic that was both warm and welcoming to this out of town traveler! "

"This property was a very pleasant surprise. I needed to be in Tacoma in the very early morning and decided to stay over rather than making a several hours drive in the morning. I chose this hotel based on the photographs online. The hotel did not disappoint. It’s very convenient, being right downtown, to everything. It is very clean, and very comfortable. My only caveat is the parking is a bit steep, especially for self parking. But I wouldn’t let that stop me from staying again. Indeed if I’m in the area this would be the place I’d choose to stay at again. For me, the best part, the beds, and especially the pillows, were amazingly comfortable! "
