We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Fécamp, this charming house of a surface of 88 m ² and being able to accomodate to 7 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, four nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 60 m². Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A back kitchen.
- A bathroom accessible from the back kitchen with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a single bed and a baby bed.
On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 3: bunk beds (90×200).
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200). The room is accessible through room 3.
Exterior:
- A nice enclosed garden at the back of about 60 m² with sandpit and slide, ideal for children.
- A front garden of about 25 m², south facing.
- A 12 m² terrace giving access to the back garden, with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A second terrace at the bottom of the garden with bench and coffee table.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Fécamp, in a very pleasant and residential environment. Walks from the house will take you to Cap Fagnet, where you will find many blockhouses and enjoy a clear view of the cliffs. You will also be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Activity :
Fécamp, a town classified as a "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire", is renowned for its fishing port, which became the first French cod port. Take a walk along the fishermen's houses and discover the chapel on the cliff as well as the must-see places such as :
- The abbey church of the Holy Trinity.
- The Palace of the Dukes of Normandy.
- The fisheries museum, the Benedictine palace and the chocolate museum.
You will also find in Fécamp many maritime activities: hiring of jet-skis, windsurfers and kayaks, paddle, departure from Fécamp by boat to visit the "aiguille creuse" (hollow needle), sailing on the Tante-Fine, outings in old riggings or in speed boats...
Also leisure activities: Arsène Lupin escape game, accrobranches, swimming pool, garden, greenway, cinema, theatre, yoga, massage, casino.
Finally, to discover Fécamp, there are tours on foot (with the Fecamp discovery application or paper map), by bike, electric scooter or tuktuk.
In the surroundings, many beaches or valleys and their villages are to be discovered. Moreover, our house is located 20 minutes from the famous cliffs of Etretat, 45 minutes from Le Havre (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and one hour from Rouen.
A few kilometres from Fécamp, you can discover the small fishing village of Yport. Stroll along the GR 21 along the Alabaster coast...

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.

- Bus: bus stop 15 metres from the front door.
- Nearest train station: Fécamp train station is about 12 minutes walk away.
- Nearest airport: Le Havre-Louis Bleriot airport located approximately 44 minutes away by car.
