DESCRIPTION:
Our flat has a separate entrance leading to a steep staircase to the 1st floor.

FLOOR 1
- separate kitchen fully equipped for preparing family meals
- living room with television, fixed 3-seater sofa and extending dining table
- bathroom with bathtub, integrated shower and toilet

FLOOR 2
2 comfortable bedrooms with separate toilets
- Entre ciel & Mer": A spacious 17m2 room with a Zen atmosphere and panoramic views of the Côte de la Vierge. It has a Queen-size four-poster bed (160x200 cm) for a peaceful, comfortable night's sleep. (Baby cot available).
- room ‘La Mouette’ Ideal for 1 or 2 children aged 2 to 17, this room is equipped with 2 stackable beds (80x200cm) to optimise space.

FLOOR 3
> Bedroom 3 ‘Horizon’: A cosy attic room offering a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190cm) and a work area with desk and printer. You'll be able to enjoy a magnificent view of the sea while working remotely during your holidays.
Access to 2 rooms only:
> 1 to 2 people (with baby): Entre Ciel & Mer room.
> 3 to 4 people: you can choose between the ‘La Mouette’ or ‘Horizon’ rooms.

🛏️ Linen provided and bed made on arrival (towel, bath mat, tea towel).

☕️ A grocery kit at your disposal (coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil, etc.)

Accessibility :
⚠️ Please note that the entrance staircase is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young unsupervised children.

Environment :
🏘️ The house is located on a busy street. Please note that traffic noise may be heard during the day.

House rules:
Located on the 1st floor, we ask you not to run or jump in order to ensure the peace and quiet of travellers staying on the ground floor.
The flat is strictly non-smoking.
Parties are not permitted.

Transport and luggage:
🚊 A 12-minute walk from the train station, the flat is easily accessible for travellers arriving by train.
🧳 Free luggage storage is available at the Tourist Office to deposit your luggage if required.

Extended stay :
🕔 For arrival before 4pm or departure after 11am, charges may apply depending on availability. Please let us know as soon as possible.
