The room itself was very spacious and recommend the family room. It worked out perfection with one large room with 2 double beds and 1 twin bed. There were a few cons: 1. The hotel room looked a bit outdated especially the bathroom. 2. There was no hot water which was big inconvenience, but they sent a maintenance...

"I checked on line but unfortunately I had to wait about 15mins approx as a group were ahead. The receptionist was very apologetic She was very pleasant however I think she could have done with help as there was another waiting behind me. I had no fault after that. I will come back again."

"The hotel is centrally located in Galway. Everything is within walking distance yet it is tucked away in a quiet corner of the city. The food and drinks at the hotel are delicious and the staff is accommodating. Something to note is that the heater in the room automatically turns off in the middle of the night, so the room got chilly during the wee hours of the night.
