your home away has 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and for your added comfort an adjoining sitting/dressing room with its own bathroom. The second suite has a king bed and sitting/dressing room. Both suites have Dish TV and DVD players in the sitting area. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and shares the hall bath with the second king suite. All rooms have access to free WiFi. Your home has a nice living room, dinning room, and a game room with a pool table and wide screen TV. Dish TV and DVD player and of course WiFi . The kitchen is equipped with a four burner gas stove and a gas oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc...
The dinning room has seating for 6. four more at the kitchen table and couple more at the cook top extension. The game room has a wood burning fire place(wood provided). A large flat screen TV, pool table, and game table for your pleasure. You may wish to sit at the old fashion "ice cream table" and chairs adjoining the kitchen for snack time.
Your home away offers plenty of room for entertaining your guest while here and if you wish has the added convenience of walking across the street to a Micro brewery and restaurant. the home is just across the street from the Veterans memorial park. This park offers play areas for young children and a bike and walking trail around Lake Fayetteville.
Want to grill? Step out the kitchen door and find a charcoal grill (charcoal provided) just off the deck. As one guest said "When she looks out the front she feels like she is in town close to everything she could want. Then in the back she feels like she in the country with all the trees and open area."
Lets not forget the 2 car attached garage just off the kitchen. Never need to get in the weather to access the house or car.
I love this home. After my dad retired from his job that moved us around the world we came home here. I was surrounded by a loving large multi-generational family. My Grandparents bought this land and a log cabin home for their growing family. Each of their four boys built a home on a section bought from their Pop. There are only 2 homes left standing as the city has grown around us. I am so happy to share this home with all our future guest.

Spacious home in great location
This was a very spacious house with a great back yard. Felt like we were in the country but we really weren’t. The house is outdated but it’s fine. You’d pay a lot more for an updated house of this size and location. There’s more than enough room for several people and exactly what we needed for the weekend.

Well equipped property in a beautiful location, providing a homey environment to relax after a busy day. Comfy beds, plush towels, great kitchen - everything was in place to provide a home cooked meal and much needed break from the dorms for my freshman Razorback. Can’t wait to return!

Comfy & warm family house
This place is huge !!! We would definitely stay here again ! Hot tub , pool table …. Plenty of space to spread out ! Owners were so sweet to leave the lights on for us for our late arrival . They thought of everything to make our stay easy & comfortable . Milk , juice & bottled water in the frig was a nice touch . Beds were super comfy !!! It felt like HOME .

Great place and location
Great communication with the owner. Property had everything we needed and more. Loved the coffee island area. Spacious yard and what looks like a great hot tub even though we didn’t get in. We will definitely look for this one again on our trips to Fayetteville.

Great location!
We were in Fayetteville for a concert and stayed here because it allowed our 2 dogs. The home was in a great location and the Brewery right across the street was a plus. This is an older home but offered a lot of charm, it was well stocked and very clean. The beds were comfy and the showers had great water pressure. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if ever back in this area.

Easy check-in, very clean and perfect location. When we arrived there was cold water bottles for us. The property is well appointed with everything you need. There was even some games for someone to play. The beds are extremely comfortable and warm. We would stay again without thinking twice about it.

Very spacious home with amenities you won't ordinarily find - pool table, hot tub, etc. Host was amazing - very responsive and hospitable. House is older, but charming in its setting in the woods, and right next to all modern conveniences. Four deer several mornings in the backyard a bonus!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The home is older but very clean and has tons of space. Much fun was had playing pool, and lounging in the hottub. Great location. We frequented Apple Blossom Brewery that is right across - which we also recommend. Very close proximity to campus as well. I, as well as my husband and friends, highly recommend this property.

Needs serious cleaning
The interior portions were well furnished, well stocked and pleasing in many respects. BUT, it needs serious cleaning. All of the windows and window screens are filthy, covered with dirt, cobwebs, etc. The garage is passably dirty, but the worst is the room at the back of the garage which houses the washer/dryer -- it is EXTREMELY cluttered and dirty. A shame, because the location is good and the surrounding yard is spacious -- backyard is very private and beautifully natural.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay!
Owner was incredibly responsive with any questions. The house had plenty of space for all of us and the pool table and outdoor space provided plenty of entertainment. We visited Springdale to watch the NW Arkansas Naturals and the location could. Or have been better. Awesome experience from start to finish!

It truly is a grandmother's house. Although furniture and fixtures are dated, batrooms are fresh, kitchen and appliances updated and operating well. Beds are very comfortable. Any young children would need to be watched closely for access to cleaning supplies, chemicals, garage tools. Laundry is in the garage. Pool table was fun with our grandson, and the hottub was great. Deck furniture needs replacing.
