Our home boasts a living and kitchen space second to none. The cozy living area is perfect for unwinding and accommodating your crew for movie nights. Our plush couch seats three, with room for two more in additional seats. Our well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and stocked with essentials for crafting your favorite meals.

• Bedroom 1 with king-size bed (w/ Tempurpedic mattress, a Smart TV with cable and Netflix, and a private bathroom with a soothing jacuzzi tub)

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire house, including all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. We provide initial amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to kickstart your trip. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing items for personal use.

Just a couple miles from I49 and 1 mile from the University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. Parking onsite. Street parking also an option.
