Short vacation during wedding visit
My spouse and I came in town for a wedding and decided to stay a few extra days to be able to hangout a bit outside of all the festivities for the wedding party. The location was super convenient to all parts of the town, and tucked off for major privacy. Would definitely stay here again! -

What a cute place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was amazing. Sheets were soft and we slept great. The outdoor space was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. It was located in a safe & nice neighborhood. Location was about 15 minutes from everything.

It was perfect! Cute and clean. Comfortable. Loved the neighborhood! It was great to have a Whole Foods so close. I still have one kid in U of A so this place will be my home away from home.

Okay if you aren’t cooking
Everything okay, but if you plan on cooking meals you might want to keep looking. Also if any mobility issues, keep looking… relatively short steep ramp from bathroom into the rest of the studio, which isn’t shown in pictures or included in any information.

Couples Getaway & Razorback game
My husband and I had a wonderful time in Fayetteville this past weekend. This property was the perfect location for the UofA and really anything in Fayetteville! We loved the studio apartment in the extra garage! It was just a really neat place. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable! We’ll be back!

Perfect weekend gettaway
We LOVED staying here. Was my husband, myself, and 12 yr old daughter there for volleyball tournament. Hotels were booked up from Eclipse and sports events happening and we lucked into this gem. Have no reason to ever book a hotel in Fayetteville again. Bed was comfy. Daughter slept on couch and said it may have been as comfortable as her actual bed.. she was ready to move in. Would def book again everytime.

Not quite or private like I expected...
It's off a busy road and it is in truth not a studio as much as it is a persons converted 3rd car garage.There is no real privacy... If you are moving your kid into school at U of A or just looking for a crash pad for a night or two it is probably great, but for a getaway or a relaxing quiet stay- this is not the spot.

Weekend trip
I came up for the weekend to spend Halloween with some friends at the university and had a great stay. The place is perfect, clean, great location relative to the university. Will definitely be staying again for future trips!

Just what we were looking for! Close to shopping yet with a very country feel. Super spacious with everything one could need. The bed was a dream…cozy and warm. So quiet and peaceful! Great Fayetteville Getaway!
The Gulley is a very well-appointed space to relax or explore the Fayetteville area. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well during our stay. The apartment is very close to Gulley park which connects to a bikeway that is great for running, walking or cycling. We were able to reach a wide variety of restaurants and points of interest quickly. If we return to Fayetteville we would consider staying here again.
