Ruined vacation
We did not get to stay at property because owner had a tenant that decided not to leave at all. We were not told until the day before we were to go there. Our vacation was ruined because every rental we tried to rent something went wrong, property not ready on second rental we tried to rent and the third rental tenant decided to extend their stay and we were told at the last minute. So we were in a hotel all week and never got to stay in one of the properties.

Poor communication
The actual property was just as shown. Cleanliness was not an issue nor the standard of the property. Management was poor from the beginning - call from a private number thought as spam. Then message only listing her name no company associated. We also received NO check in details or intro email. Upon arriving at the property first day no running water in the property. Very hard to connect with management so solution to problem was slow. They did move us to another property for the night but instructed us we would have a move the next morning. This second even though larger was NOT to the level of first property. It was nasty. Neither of us slept in one of the beds. Extremely uncomfortable there. Go to second day of our stay - the manager did not call until noon so we were displaced for the morning and the call was the works now go back. Short and unapologetic with responses. When questioned about possible compensation for the inconvenience situation she suggested just cancel the stay. Because of customer service or lack of customer service that seemed like an avenue to go. She instructed it would be done on our end and hung up. Two plus hours later we still were unable to do so. The company finally help us get back in touch with her. She called our cell explained she was the DMV and didn’t have much time. Then said “Oh they have called my number. I have to go.” So we sat another hour plus in limbo. Finally the resolution we were given was nothing. We stayed in original property. Nothing fancy but exactly what was shown. CUSTOMER SERIVCE and the manner in way we were handled was sub par to say the least.
