This house was perfect!! So clean, cheery, warm and cozy. We had a couple of questions, and the host was accessible and very friendly. We stayed here for a sorority Moms weekend, and it was so nice to have a house vs. a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Fantastic rental at University of Arkansa
We visited this past weekend for a swim meet at the University of Arkansas. This house is fantastic! Super close to campus, downtown restaurants and eateries. There is a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market at the bottom of the hill. The house itself was clean and well stocked. The Kitchen and bathrooms had all the amenities and the beds were super comfy. Parking was plentiful. Initially, I thought I'd have to park on the street but there is a lot behind the house that is super easy to access. All in all this was a great place to stay.

Rough Start, Great Finish
We got to the property and it had not been cleaned at all. I contacted Evolve and they put the process into movement. They said normally they can have it cleaned the same day, with it being 4:20 PM I was of course upset and skeptical about the time. Next the property guest contact Toynua called and first thing she told me was of course an apology but the next thing was that it was her responsibilty and basically the buck stops here. She already had someone heading out and within an hour she was there cleaning did a great job. I was very impressed with how they handled an issue and since we very much enjoyed the house, fantastic location we would not hesitate to rent again. Thanks for taking a bad first impression and turning it 180`
