Great Location and Communication
Property was more or less as advertised. Great location with easy walking to the square for drinks and socializing. Communication with property owner was excellent and straight forward. Property was generally clean, albeit a little disorganized. My wife and I would stay here again and recommend to friends/family.

Great property
Great location close to University. Clean, modern house with plenty of space. Extra touches like snacks were a welcome surprise. Will definitely stay again next time I try to convince one of my teenagers to be Razorbacks!

Beautiful home for a beautiful stay!
We drove in to go to a concert with two of our kids and two of their friends. We all slept very comfortably, and had adequate bathroom space for everyone. It was very clean, bright, modern, and spacious. We felt like we were at home and enjoyed every minute! Hunter was a great host with excellent communication! We will definately consider staying here again!

We loved the house and location...cozy, cool and enjoyed using the pool table. My only suggestion would be to get more silverware....there are only 2 forks. Ha! Thank you for getting back to me, and we will be booking here again in the future.

Great place with a great location!
This place was great! You’re close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. The house itself is in a good area and is one of the coolest houses in the Fayetteville area. Recommend to any group! Definitely will be staying here again.

We loved this house!
My family really enjoyed our stay. Hunter was a wonderful host and was extremely accommodating!! We were in town for a Razorback baseball game and the house’s location was perfect. We will definitely be booking again for our further trips to Fayetteville!!!

The property was awesome. Check in process was very easy and Hunter made sure we had all the information necessary to get settled in. The house is awesome with a very modern feel but very cozy furniture and sleeping accommodations. The house was extremely clean, smelled excellent and was outfitted with complimentary drinks and snacks. Our family loved the stay and would rebook for sure!
