I offer a beautiful studio condominium right on the Fayetteville Square! Located in the heart of the entertainment and social district of Fayetteville, this 2nd story art condo is surrounded by scenic windows overlooking the square. Just a few steps out the door and guests will find the farmers market on weekends as well as a variety of dining and shopping. Only a short walk from the the Walton Arts Center, downtown, and everything else Dickson street has to offer! Also close to the University of Arkansas campus!

What a perfect place to spend the weekend! It’s just what we needed! Close to the square and Dixon street but not loud. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable and the place was clean, well stocked and cozy. Tips: If you carry heavy luggage or struggle with stairs, you should know this property requires you to climb a flight of stairs with no elevator. There are several amazing restaurants within walking distance but I’d strongly suggest making a reservation as they fill up fast and you can’t get in anywhere.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Artist's Studio in Fayetteville. If you want to be close to the square, this is the place to stay. The owner was friendly and their communications were excellent.

I only want to stay at the Artists Studio from now on! It is a lovely studio apartment in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and theatre are all in walking distance. Loved it!!!

Parents Weekend at The Square
Property is 5 min walk to Dickson Street but far enough away from bar scene to be the perfect place to wake up, take a walk and have a coffee in the Town Square. Farmers Market in the Fayette Square on Saturday Mornings and a 15 min walk to campus. Loft On the Square is a perfect place for a couple to visit Fayetteville for all occasions

The space was exactly as described. Great location - close to downtown, Dickson Street and campus.
We had a problem with the key when checking in but we got an immediate response. The problem was fixed and we were given a small refund for our troubles. It was a very kind and unexpected gesture and we appreciated the very quick response. We hope to return for another stay.

Convenient and Comfortable
The apartment was comfortable and close to several restaurants on the square. There is no elevator so you must take the stairs up one level. A parking garage with assigned parking space is a short walk or metered parking on the street.

Great week in Fayetteville!
My wife and I spent the 4th of July week in Fayetteville. The location of this rental is great for visiting downtown Fayetteville, just half a block from the town square and a short walk or bike ride to Dickson Street. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and parking in the garage was easy and close by. We took our bikes and rode the Razorback Greenway multiple times. The bike trails in the area are great! Elliot was extremely responsive to any question we had. A fun week for us!
