"A long weekend to do some fishing and relaxing. Me, my wife, two 17 year olds and two 13 year olds. Rented a boat from Paradise Point and kept it at the house. Kids enjoyed the hot tub, did some kayaking, and we built a fire each night. The house was very clean, beds were great, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen."

"We visited the area to cheer on our daughter in the 2024 Pinhoti 100 race/run. Prior to our visit, we reviewed many VRBO options in the area, but was especially impressed with all the "exceptional" reviews of this particular property. Those reviews were all 'spot on' and I'm here to say we had an absolutely perfect stay. The Host, Stacy, made us feel like family. The Cabin was spotless and completely furnished with everything one could need during their stay. The beauty of the area, the overall quiet as well as some nice "neighbors" coming by to wish you a good "Mooing" each day (cows, of course). We do need to warn you of another animal by the name of Megan who is a cute beagle mix who will stop by to steal your heart. We can't say enough good things about Country Cabin and the Host, Stacy. If you plan to be in the area of Sylacauga, AL in need of a great place to stay and relax, this rental is perfect for you. When/if we return to the area, is the first place I will look to book. "

"The property was just as advertised. Secluded on a large private lot, on a private island, with breathtaking water views from every window. The property was perfectly clean and stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and never run out of things to do. The icing on the cake was how friendly and helpful our hostess was. I am confident when stating that there is no property on the site that is a better bargain than this. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed. "

"We booked this home for 3 nights when we evacuated Florida for Hurricane Milton. I can not say enough about how homey and welcoming this property was. It was perfect right on the lake, super secluded and quiet, and allowed us to bring our dog Jax. Ben was super communicative. We were so lucky to be able to evacuate to a beautiful property that allowed us to get our mind off of what was happening at home. We will Definitely be back!"
