The Bond 1835

4.0 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (150)
"Don’t let the location fool you. It looks to be outside of Skaneateles and technically that is true, but it is 5 minute drive next to the lake with beautiful homes, etc. The building itself is beautiful, old but with a lovely aesthetic. It feels homey, but one that an interior designer designed. From board games to an ice machine at the ready while in front of the fire…it was delightful. As was sitting on front porch with my coffee in a rocking chair. We will definitely return. Staff was...

Large and spacious new Bed & Breakfast with boasting water views from all rooms

8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (1)
"B&B is brand new and well-thought out. Very convenient parking. Inside the decor is farmhouse style … tastefully decorated! Each bedroom is named - cute idea! And each has a combination lock. Sunrise room kept locking so we left our bedroom door open. May want to check that. Beds are super comfy! As is the bedding! Each room as a television, another plus! Washer and dryer centrally located on the bedroom floor - super big too! Barn doors on the front of the laundry - can’t say enough about the...

Verona Beach House: minutes to Sylvan/Verona Beach, Oneida Lake, Amusement park

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (13)
"We stayed here as a rest stop during a long distance commute for a lacrosse tournament. The kids were 15 and 16 and absolutely lost their minds over the bedroom with the bunk beds. They immediately converted it into a man cave and set up their video games We barely saw them. The furniture was very comfortable and cozy in the family room, although no-one could seem to get the propane fireplace to work. There were some minor inconveniences like the sliding door on the downstairs bathroom closet...

The Magical Chez Tree Rest Treehouse perched 35' above the forest floor!

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (17)
"EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is."
