Objective Facts:
- On the first day of stay, the boat did not sail, and there was no refund.
- On the second day of stay, We arrived at the accommodation, but it was very cold and the heater did not work.
- Host tried to fix the heater, but The heater was not fixed and the host offered down-graded accommodation. There was no compensation for that.
- It took about an 2 hours to fix the heater, so we missed dinner time. And host informed that the worker fixing the heater could come from Trapani next day.
- I was asked if I wanted to change to the previously reserved room the next day, but I declined because it was inconvenient to move my luggage again.
Personal experience:
- I had a nightmare the entire time I stayed at the accommodation.
- I'm really glad that my visit to the accommodation is over.
