"The property was dirty, very strong cigarette smoking smell. The fire alarm was chirping always. Disconnected it so we could sleep. The bathrooms had not be cleaned and the rugs and carpets were filthy. The host wondered why we did not contact him at 2:00 am in the morning after a international flight so he could remedy the situation. Was not able to remedy anything. Checked out early after one night.VRBO could not do anything."

"Overall, my family enjoyed our stay. The arcade games were a hit, the living room is spacious, and the bedrooms were well sized. But there were several maintenance issues that brought the overall property down. The freezer door of the refrigerator leaks, and the guest bathroom has a very slow draining sink and bathtub resulting in water build up every time someone used the bathroom sink or tub. "The stay was very comfortable for me and my two kids (7 and 11). There were a few things though that I did not like…. 1. I was sent a second payment request after booking for the set price ( I have never had this happen before when booking so I was highly upset about that but Ms. Carolyn waived it for me); I don’t like surprises like that especially when it comes to my money.
