"We have been in Madagascar 3 weeks and Tropical Paradise Hotel is still our favorite hotel. It is a short tuk tuk ride from town and tuk tuks wait at the road. The staff is amazing, the restaurant is good and the rooms are comfortable except the bed. The only negative we have is that the mattress was thin and after 5 nights it got pretty uncomfortable. I wish I had asked the staff to change it though, because I bet they would have."

And foods are awesome especially seafoods. We need to take a boat to reach and it's relly good excursions. I wish I would've stay longer, actually I was there only two nights. "La Perle Rare is a beautiful hotel. The bedroom was beautiful and immaculate. The bathroom felt luxurious. The Belgian owner was super helpful in helping me to arrange daytrips and transport to/from the airport. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. It's only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel to the beach and the main road of restaurants. But be warned - tourists don't tend to swim at this beach because the water is dirty.
