"This house was just as it looked in the photos. Very cozy and very good location. I do wish the bed was more comfortable and we did have issues with locking the door as the handle was not working correctly. The property manager informed us it was not working well but it was still functional. But the time we left it was extremely hard to lock the door on the way out. "

"Beautiful accommodation, with friendly, helpful staff and delicious breakfast choices. A short walk to the Eden Court Theatre made this ideal for me. "

"Loved the villa, 3 negatives, the villa could do with some vacuuming, dog hair everywhere, there’s not enough cooking pot and pans( a small frying pan and small pot) and check in at 5pm(too late!)."

"Fantastic. We stayed at the Highlands Suites 2 years ago and that was great but this was better. Amazing location, easy to find and navigate. Clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Grocery Shopping at M&S is always an adventure, restaurants on the river are easily walkable and Main Street shopping is right outside the door. Parking is offsite at the Eastgate Ctr but worked fine. Much less Agro than on premises parking at Highlands Suites. Excellent, Excellent… highly recommend. "

"Everything was great. Good breakfast, location and comfortable beds. The only feedback is we stayed in room 29 and the door lock was faulty so we had to put the chair against our door and leave it unlocked all night. We was only staying 1 night so it wasn't a huge deal."

"Only stayed for one night as passing through. Staff couldn't have been more helpful nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast 10 out of 10 selection and choice great staff is what makes this place so nice to stay especially front of house.karen and mick from essex "
