"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen, ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt um die südliche Toskana zu erkunden. Nochmals 1000 Dank! Liebe Grüße Dani, Nicole und...

"If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

"We verbleven met 2 gezinnen in de 2 huisjes. Huisjes, 1 authentiek Toscaans en 1 nieuw huisje met gezamenlijk zwembad. Sfeer is heel fijn, eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zorgt er voor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Lekker eten in het locale restaurant van Linda. Voor boodschappen of verkennen van de omgeving is veel tijd nodig, gezien de locatie ver van de bewoonde wereld af ligt. Met de auto is het prima te berijden. Rome bezocht...

Tout etait fournis à l'arrivée : linges de lit, serviettes de toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge et torchons. L'accueil des propriétaires etaient chaleureux et leurs conseils bienvenus. Chien, chat, tortues nous ont réservés un acceuil amical. Le jardin est très grand, idéal lorsqu'on a des enfants. La piscine est un avantage non négligeable au vu des températures très élevées. "A charming and well equipped country cottage, with the most welcoming and helpful hosts; a spacious garden to lounge in and relax in the hot August days with the sounds of cicadas and bee eaters around and night skies studded with stars. The lovely old lake town of Bolsena close enough for dining and swimming and ice cream in the attractive town piazza. A rural retreat indeed!"

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"The villa is located in a beautiful setting in Tuscany. Our group of 18 had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, barbecue and property for four days. The property was very comfortable for all of us and it was the perfect way to end our MBA. Carlo, our host, was extremely helpful before and during our stay as he recommended places nearby and ensured everything was working properly."

"Zufahrt, übelster Schotterweg 1 km steil bergauf. Mit Audi A6 mehrmals aufgesessen. Bungalow war für uns nicht beziehbar. Ziehmlich unhygenisch vieles kaputt und eklige Möbel. Die Agentur hat uns nach öfteren telefonieren dann auf der Straße sitzen gelassen. Mussten uns dann eigenmächtig ein Hotell suchen um nich auf der Straße zu schlafen. Wenigstens bekamen wir unser Geld wieder. Katastrophe nie wieder."
