Despite the key card machine acting up and making the process take longer, she remained professional, friendly, and kept a smile on her face. She engaged in conversation and even apologized for the delay, but I reassured her that it wasn’t her fault—it was just the machine. "Loved the room layout--perfect for a family of four with teens. Only downside was the area seemed a little sketchy. Hotel itself felt very safe."

"Service was great and checking in was a breeze. The only issue I encountered was in the room where we found a COCKROACH. We called front desk and they immediately apologized and we were upgraded and accommodated to a larger room. Doesn’t mask the fact that there are roaches in the facility… Whether it’s the hotel in its self or from the guest. When you see one there’s definitely more."
