"Well appointed, clearly newly updated. Bedrooms were on first and second floors which made it easier for couples, because the bathrooms were not in the bedrooms. It’s a beautiful property that I’m sure is wonderful year round. The only complaint was the garage was so cold we couldn’t utilize it."

It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas. "We had a great time staying here with all of the spa amenities. Massage chair is very nice, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were a great. King bed was comfy and shower was very nice. Heated bathroom floor is awesome. Host was wonderful and accommodating. Typically we look for more private stays but this was definitely worth the change up. "

"Whatever you need in the kitchen is not only there but also of the best quality. That holds true with the towels (in abundance!) as well. Our teens loved playing pool. Our getaway was in November, so we couldn't take advantage of the lake activities. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and highly recommend it for family gatherings of many ages."
