Good las resort
The room was not very clean. The door did not close all the way. After using all my weight to close the door, I was able to get the very cheap doorknob to latch and hold the door closed. During my whole stay, I did not see a single member of the staff.

The desk guy was polite. Now for the motel it was nasty holes in the front doors security is nonexistent no dead bolt. If you want to murder someone this is the place or catch a multitude of STD's

When I was realsed from the hospital I arrived at the travel lodge it was a filthy trash pile and I was told I couldn't even check in untill 4 PM or later because the employee's didn't come to work . Then was denied any form of refund or any compensation

Reasonable value
This place needs some love. The air conditioner did not work that well, but thankfully, it was not that hot outside. The bed was a little hard for me, and the pillows were as thin as a pancake. I had to fold the blanket into the size of a pillow to add extra padding. There is no ice machine on site. The main reason that I stayed, there was because of the price, but I will probably not stay there again.

I didn't realize it was a bit out of the way travel cross country. No outlets near bed to charge phone or use anything that needed plugged in. Couldn't relax in the tub, it wouldn't hold water. Extremely noisy from other rooms.

I was under NO illusion that this was going to be an upscale property. It is an older facility and shows signs of age. But I will say that it was quiet, the TV worked, and the bed was comfortable. In particular, though, I would like to commend the young man who answered my phone call from a Dollar Tree parking lot. I was somewhat lost, and not tech savvy enough to be directed by SIRI to the motel. He calmly gave me the exact directions to the Travel Lodge. We were most impressed with that!

Had to buy my own toilet paper. Housekeeping took all my towels the first day and never replaced. Bed linen was dirty. Did have a nice TV to go with the 70s refrigerator and microwave. Would not have stayed here but there was nothing else in town for the week.

We were greeted by a huge fierce German Shepherd dog teeth bared and trying to get at us through the office picture window. The bathroom door had holes in it from being kicked in, there were no convenient power outlets, sheets were threadbare, no breakfast, not even coffee available and there were noisy workers replacing all the rooms doors for days. Avoid this place, disgrace to Wyndham name.

When I went to check in the owner yelled at me for having a service dog and tried to force me to show “paperwork”. She yelled that she won’t give my money back or cancel the room. This was the worst experience yet. Not to mention she wasn’t there when I checked in. I had to wait over 30 minutes for her to show up.

The front door of my room was a regular exterior door with one door knob to lock. Wasn’t a keycard type door nor did it have a dead bolt lock or security door chain for extra security protection. My room didn’t have a restroom door, pillows for room were completely flat, A/C was a old room temp control so my room wasn’t cool enough & the Wi-Fi service for room was weak & unusable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of little issues though. I couldn’t unlock the room door. There was no microwave or coffee pot. The headboard fell off the wall. No motel ice maker (broken). Only one tiny bar of soap that had a very strong smell. There was no shampoo or bath soap (typical these days?). There were units to hold hangers but no hangers. Toilet paper was see-through. Appeared that the floor hadn’t been vacuumed.

The hotel was so dirty we couldn't stay. all the furniture was dirty, floor was dirty, the room smelled. we told the manager we wanted to cancel they said okay, but you have to get your refund from Expedia. We tried contacting expedia and all we got was "sorry i can't help your" or when on the website chat i was disabled. I did not get any help finding another hotel from Expedia. We had to look for ourselves. To date we have not been able to speak to anyone at Expedia. The hotel was so bad that Wyndham and Expedia should be ashamed to recommend this hotel to any of its clients.

Smell of urine and no linens or bedding
We got to the hotel about 10pm and the guy at the front desk was about to close the office. We go inside and start the check in process. My credit card was already charged when it wasn't supposed to be. I booked a "pay at hotel' rate and used my card to hold the reservation and was gonna use my boyfriends card to pay but for some reason my card was charged. So we get our room key go to the room and open up the door to see there was no linen or any bedding on the beds and it stunk like urine so badly. We shut the door and went back to the front office and it was already closed. We had to go find another hotel to stay in.

Run down , “ non smoking “ room smelt like stale smoke so bad it makes you sick . Dirty , holes in the furniture . Tears in blanket fixed with duct tape . Time falling off in bathroom . Home in front door had towel stuffed in it to cover . Electrical outlets dint have covers . Just dirty and nasty . Tried to talk to office they didn’t answer phone . Office locked up so we couldn’t go in . Did not stay and they refused to refund our money when Expedia reached out for us .
