There is electricity and tv, but no water and the bathroom is not finished but there is a port a potty outside that is completely disgusting. Overall the view is great but the place definitely needs a lot. "

"The renter is not worth coming about the fact that her home is on a very steep hill. I told her I was a senior and had foot and ankle and knee surgeries and had a hard time walking. I saved up to rent a place all year. When I got there I had to call her to find out how to get to the lake. Beautiful setting tucked in the woods- feel like we were the only people there! Host is great! Hope to return for sure! Close to Waterville and Augusta as well as Belgrade lakes village! "We had a wonderful stay during school vacation week. We planned to ski all week, but weather had other plans and closed all the lifts, so we had a lot of extra time at the house. We lost electricity and they were out within 45 minutes to hook up the generator for us. Owner/Mgmt company was super responsive to any messages sent.
