Air con was not working in my room on the hottest day of the year 35°, girl on desk not particulary bothered. Said she looked at it and had reset it so then it just circulated warm air out all through the night. Spent a very uncomfortable night with no sleep, before an extremely busy working next day.

Brilliant hotel
I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly & so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I had to ask for a different duvet due to it being feather, which wasn’t a bother at all. They gave me a different duvet & pillow. We accidentally left our key card in the room & had to get another one, again this wasn’t too much trouble & weren’t judged for it. It was a lovely chilled vibe. The room was lovely with everything you needed. Diner was opposite the hotel, which again all the staff were friendly and the food was really good!
