"My son and I were in town for hockey training camp and found this gem. Downtown loft with ample space made for a great weekend. From the pre-check-in communication to the heated bathroom floors to the pre-made ice trays to the heated towel rack to the arcade machine to the welcome basket goodies and everything in between — no detail was left behind.
