Loved the pink blanket!
It was a little awkward to coordinate the in and out of the garage for parking, but it was a comfy place to stay and easy to book and good location directions!

Weekend getaway
We stayed for a couples weekend getaway. It was very quiet and felt very secure. It’s in a great location for walking around Downtown Fargo. Would stay again.

Great location in Fargo
Place was spotless and smelled great right when you walked in. This place is the perfect location if you are looking to go to a show at the fargodome or go to the downtown area . Would 100% stay again.

Weekend College Visit
Great place to stay. Nice location close to downtown. Totally happy with our experience and would stay here again. FYI *Could use a new ice tray, new frying pan. Toilet in hallway bath is loose. Carpet in entryway could use a clean/shampoo.

Nice place to stay. Convenient location. The only downside is that there was a large noisy party in the apartment above us the last night we stayed. I understand that this wasn’t the fault of the property manager. Overall this was a good place to stay for our North Dakota vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay here! All the communications and check in was easy, and the host accommodated a special request I had that was so helpful - fast response. The apartment is so cute! Just as nice as in the photos. Very comfortable apartment, decently stocked kitchen, and all around pleasant stay. Its also very close to the heart of downtown Fargo, and not far from gas and other sundries. Highly recommend this spot!

Easy walking distance to downtown Fargo. Clean, comfortable. Toilet in hall bathroom needs repair; not securely fastened to the floor. Otherwise perfect place for our visit and needs.

Clean, well provisioned apartment
The apartment was in good condition and very comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned (thank you for the Kuerig and pods!) everything was in good working order. The location was great - only a couple blocks from downtown - and very easy to get to and from. We appreciated the in-building parking space. The building itself was not great - bad smell and garbage in the lobby - but, we just moved quickly through the lobby and the apartment was a whole different experience. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there for a wedding. The place was clean, and well kept. They had all the basic necessity that you would need. The owner was easy to contact. I also liked that its a locked facility. Patio was super cute. Would definitely stay there again. Now that this old mind figured out how to work the pod keys for the doors. LOL.

Clean property close to all the downtown Fargo action. Walked to farmers market, morning coffee, restaurants and even Brewhalla. Only downside- had issues with garage door opener and manager never responded to our message. Thankfully we didn't have a serious problem, but if you can't get in the garage, parking is difficult.

The Charmer lived up to its name! I had a little trouble connecting to the wi-fi because the network name on the instruction sheet wasn’t exactly the same as the choices that showed up on my phone, but I just chose the one that was almost the same and it worked. I was great having access to a garage when good old ND threw a little ice Fargo’s way! I’m so sad that the weather didn’t allow me to enjoy the cute, little balcony! And what a treat to be so close to the Plains Art Museum! Thank you for making this charming accommodation available for rent!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment very close to downtown Fargo. The apartment was mostly very clean and comfortable. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the carpet could use a cleaning and the cute little balcony had quite a bit of bird droppings. I also only gave 4 stars for matching online description as it stated it sleeps 6 but there are only two queen size beds and a sofa that does not convert to a bed. One other thing that I would recommend for the listing is to mention the building is orange and grey. There are several buildings nearby and it took us a few minutes to figure out which building was the right one. Overall we had a great trip and I would recommend the apartment to others.

Awesome stay!
I stayed with my partner and his seven-year old son and we all loved it. Checking in was only slightly delayed as the key wasn't in the lockbox as promised but I don't think the host could have been faster to help. She had the maintenance staff arrive after a couple of minutes to let us in and we were all settled. She was so responsive and solved the problem almost immediately. Our son was initially bummed we weren't staying in a hotel that had a pool (LOL) but the hominess of the space and the board games more than made up for that! He loved it! The space was exactly as described and having dedicated parking was a great feature. It felt like a safe neighbourhood as well. I had to get up really early one day and it was great to have a space to prepare and eat my breakfast, and having an ensuite bathroom made it possible to get up and ready without waking up my guys. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!
