Felt like home for our second stay here. The house is well appointed, cozy, and clean. The neighborhood is lovely and so quiet. Great location near the NDSU campus.

This place was so comfortable and accommodating! The owner was very responsive and thoughtful of our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and very close to the downtown area, which was perfect for our crew. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and lovely property
Walkable to either downtown or the Fargodome, the location could not be beat. The house itself was wonderful as well with a nice front porch and quiet backyard. Very clean and well stocked, nice touches from the property manager. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home that everything you could need.
Communication was fantastic and everything you could possibly need to cook and host a family meal was provided, from a coffee pot to a crock pot. Lots of little extras! Would definitely rent this comfortable home again

Cozy Home with AMAZING host!

Fargo weekend
This property was perfect for a family weekend in Fargo. Plenty of space to sleep and play for four adults and two kids. The charming house is beautifully updated and we felt right at home. It’s within five minutes of coffee shops, brewery, restaurants, etc. Richard was helpful and responsive. Overall an excellent place to stay!

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was very accommodating. He gave us early check in and late check out which was much appreciated. He checked in with us to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed.

This home was built in the 1920’s, completely updated and comfortable, in a beautiful safe neighborhood filled with trees. We walked everywhere and we loved it! Our host, Robert, was responsive and terrific. Good time!

NDSU weekend
Cozy house near campus for a weekend visit with our college student. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. The front porch is a lovely place to sip coffee and read. Everyone agreed - comfy beds! Quiet neighborhood, yet close to campus and a grocery store. Host Richard was easy to communicate with. This will be on our list as a favorite place to stay in Fargo!

All the comforts of HOME
FULLY STOCKED HOME! Great beds, early check in, gorgeous furnishings, perfect, quiet location! The owner was so easy to work with and the house came with all of the things we usually have to gather from the store when we arrive at a VRBO. It was the PERFECT home away from Home! You can't go wrong here!
This is a great spot to be close to everything yet situated on a quiet tree lined street. The host is very helpful & has done an amazing job of thinking of all the little things that you might need during your stay. This vintage home has been updated to be completely comfortable with all the features a modern traveler would want. As a frequent user of VRBO, I can honestly say this the one of the absolute best hosts I have rented from. When we come to Fargo, this will be the first place I check to see if it's available.

Very comfortable house with a lot of thought to guest amenities. The house has wonderful space great for group socializing and private space as well. Kitchen snd bathrooms were well-stocked with supplies. All very nice. We just wish there were safety railing for all the stairs as neither upstairs nor lower-level bedrooms could be accessed without 4-5 steps that were lacking stair-rails. Other than that - a truly wonderful set up.

Richard the owner was Fantastic. He stayed in contact with us till we checked in & continued touching base with us with us to make sure everything was up to our expectations. He went above & beyond for my family & chosen family. The house is in a beautiful location. He left wonderful snacks for us. The house was spotless & very charming. The house sun deck was so delightful. There wasn’t anything we could complain about if we had too. It was a wonderful place to stay. It’s perfect for a vacation, a place to stay for a graduation, & etc. The yard and house were even beautiful places for us to take graduation pictures with our son.

This was our first stay at a VRBO. It was great all around! Location was perfect, we felt very safe! The house is decorated so nice! Beds are very comfortable! Communication and questions answered promptly! We would recommend to our friends and family and stay here again too!
