"Do not stay here! We had to leave this place on the middle of the night! Dirty place, NO A/C no towels, smelly bathroom, everything was discussing. No front desk terrible customer service. I’m still trying to get a refund from this terrible place!! Stay away!! "

Enjoyable Stay!

"From check-in until check-out, the staff at this property were amazing, professional and exhibited exceptional hospitality! I’d like to give special attention to Marco and Ludovica, who answered my many questions, helped with transportation and set me up with what I feel is the best room at the hotel (105)! The incredible view, 2-door corner balcony and cleanliness of the room made my stay that much more enjoyable. There were many great dining options close by and the expansive, inviting beach was only a 5 minute walk away. Be mindful that in the off-season, local buses are not in service, so transportation to and from this neighborhood will take extra planning. Grazie mille!!! "

"Overall the stay was good and relaxing. The beach is not as portrayed, it was grubby and overcrowded, the sea was clean clear water. The food choices at both breakfast and dinner were varied and good, however hot options were never hot at best tepid. The bar was very good, but the music was very loud and not to everyone’s taste; it was difficult to sit quietly and read or hold a conversation. The pool area was excellent and the spa was good . You definitely need transport to visit surrounding towns or restaurants, the road is unsafe to walk, especially after dark."

"We absolutely LOVED this hotel!!!!! You feel at peace and so relaxed staying here, reminds me of a hotel in the countryside yet it’s so convenient being so close to all the popular towns and beaches. It truly is the best of both worlds. Everything was so so clean and the rooms were stunning, we even had a little sitting area outside of our room. The staff goes above and beyond with everything and anything you could need. It rained one morning when we were there and they went out of their way to bring our breakfast to our room free of charge. You can tell that that everyone that works there loves their job, they are so genuine and kind, giving us amazing recommendations for places nearby to visit. Always smiling and helpful. Could not recommend a hotel more. -xoxo a fellow Canadian "
