"Beautifully decorated and extremely clean, the breakfast was also delicious! Great location and within walking distance to the centre of Noto. Communication with them prior too and during our stay was exceptional and they were very accommodating. All staff were super friendly and welcoming! "The property is beautiful surrounded by lemon trees. It is located off of a busy road which is only accessible by vehicle. You can't walk to Noto, it is very dangerous. You definitely need a car and if I had known, i would not have stayed there. The owner Fabrizio was very helpful and so was Sergio. The Breakfast was mediocre, and beds were comfortable. I think that it was expensive for what we got."

"Hybla Major B&B was perfect for us. The room was clean, modern and safe as was the bathroom. The mattress was comforable, cleran and warm. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff helpful, warm and friendly. We found good food within a few minute walk of the B&B. Great place to stay."

"Salvio met us when we arrived and opened his home and his heart to us. Whatever we needed, he was happy to provide. Arriving by bicycle, climbing the hill from sea level was hard, but well worth it! If we return to Siracusa, we will definitely be staying at the Kosmos. "

"Host, Salvos, was a real asset. We had a dreadful start to our holiday with a five hour flight delay and as a result our car hire vehicles were rented out to others. Salvos helped us - a party of eight - get to the villa. Nothing was too much trouble. He loaned us his car so we could do a supermarket shop. He was the perfect host. "Beautiful property in Ortigia within a pedestrian zone. Rooms are large, with excellent bathroom products. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Staff are very accommodating. Just be aware if you are driving, even with the directions provided by the hotel, it can be confusing to locate it. The hotel will valet your car and then all is fine."

"Our time was great except the airconditioning is set by management and sleep waa horrible as the room temperature was set at 30 degrees C and even after much complaining about our lack of control were we exhausted after 2 nights with the front door amd windows needed to be left open."
