Casal Ferriano is located in the municipality of Fano, in the province of Pesaro, in the Marche region, in central Italy.
Casal Ferriano is about 10 km from the A14 Bologna-Ancona motorway (Fano exit) and 12 km from the center of Fano.
Located at 130 m s. L.M. offers a splendid view of the Adriatic Sea to the north-east (7 km as the crow flies) to the south-west on the Apennines (Monte Catria 50 km) to the east (Conero promontory 60 km).
Wild boars, roe deer, porcupines, hares, buzzards, pheasants live free in this area and in the appropriate seasons it is possible to admire and photograph them.
Casal Ferriano is a typical Marche farmhouse, built in several stages, starting from the early 1900s; part of the property is a park of about 20,000 sq m including an olive grove (250 olive trees); there is no traditional swimming pool, but a small lake with fish (Amur carp that keep the pond clean, feeding on the shoots of lake reeds), two ducks (Adelina and Guendalina), a vegetable garden, a large farmyard.
The nearest shops are about 3 km from Casal Ferriano, so it is advisable to have a car or motorbike. In the surroundings, the sport of mountain biking and horse riding is practiced. The sea and the beaches (Fano, Metaurilia, Torrette) are about 10 km away. Distances: Fano 12, Pesaro 24, Ancona and Rimini 50.
Casal Ferriano develops a total of 400 square meters distributed on two floor levels. Until the mid-1950s it was a school, subsequently and for twenty years it was inhabited by a large family of farmers; transferred the farmers to the coastal plain, the farmhouse was uninhabited and used only for the shelter of agricultural vehicles. It is now partially restored while retaining the original rustic aspect of poor and spontaneous architecture. The floors are the original ones in reddish terracotta brick, the ceilings have large exposed beams and tiles, the walls have exposed bricks or are plastered and painted white with non-toxic natural paints; the doors are those of the past with a pop-up closure; the windows have aluminum frames and double glazing and wooden shutters. Currently available: on the ground floor a kitchen, a dining room; on the first floor two bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds side by side, a bedroom with a double bed (120 cm), a bathroom with tub and shower set. Maximum number of guests 7. Included in the rates: energy consumption, linen, final cleaning, basket with the necessary for the first meal. Minimum length of stay 7 nights. Check-in after 3pm, Check-out by 10:30 am. Possibility to purchase "Casal Ferriano" extra virgin olive oil.

Beschreibung muss geändert werden
Sehr netter Vermieter und die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich schön. Die Unterkunft selber ist leider in einigen Punkten nicht wie beschrieben. Wir haben nach einer FeWo/Ferienhaus mit Pool oder wie hier Schwimmteich gesucht. Der Teich auf dem Grundstück besteht aus einer schlammigen Brühe und hat nicht mal mehr ein Drittel der eigentlichen Füllhöhe. Es ist also nicht möglich ihn zu nutzen. Das in der Beschreibung angegebene TV existiert nicht . Die Gartenmöbel bestehen aus 3 etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Liegen. Gartentisch oder Stühle gibt es keine. Der Sonnenschirm kann nicht aufgemacht werden, da er leider nicht so befestigt ist, dass er auch dem Wind (der eigentlich dort immer war) standhält. Eine Außenbeleuchtung gibt es nur direkt vor der Eingangstür, diese Leuchte ist aber defekt. Mit dem Auto kann man nicht aufs Grundstück, wir mussten daher mit Handyleuchte unser Gepäck vom Auto zum Haus tragen. Der Spülkasten hängt, der Backofen ist defekt und der Herd selber steht so schief, dass sich beim Braten das Öl an einer Seite der Pfanne sammelt. Die angegebene Kaffeemaschine gibt es leider auch nicht, nur die traditionelle italienische Kaffeekanne/Kaffeebereiter. Alles in allem ist die Küche einfach nicht zeitgemäß und sollte dringend renoviert oder zumindest neu bestückt werden. Ein Handtuch- und WC-Rollenhalter lag originalverpackt im Waschbecken, was leider nicht viel nützt für den Gebrauch. Schade!

Genoten van Casal Ferriano. Heerlijk back to basic.
Casal Ferriano is een oude boerderij. Alle basis voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Als je van basic houdt dan is het zeker een aanrader. Eigenaar Guiseppe is erg gastvrij en verteld graag over de historie van de boerderij. Fijn zou wel zijn geweest als er wat comfortabeler tuinmeubelair aanwezig zou zijn.

Anwesen schön gelegen, mit Blick auf Fano und Meer. Für Liebhaber des Ländlichen optimal.
Schön, ruhig, idyllisch gelegen. Komfortabel frische Räume. Herrliche Umgebung. Für Liebhaber des ländlichen Lebens geeignet, da Widerstandskraft gegen das Üble (Mücken) ländlichen Lebens erforderlich.
