Both bedrooms are on the top floor and have amazing panoramic sea views across the bay, from Pendennis Castle to the Manacles rocks off the Lizard Peninsula. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the other room has twin single beds. The bathroom has a shower over bath.
Outside there is a designated car parking space right in front of the property, and a shared garage for storage of bikes, surfboards etc.
To the rear of the building is a shared garden. North facing so not hugely inspiring!
