"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. "The hotel suited the purpose as a stopover on our way home. Pleasant staff and good food. Value for money. Fairly basic room. Bathroom a little small and the shower was awkward to get in and out of. That aside, we did enjoy our stay."

"Nice hotel, very nice helpful staff. The bedroom & bathroom were both comfortable and very clean. We booked a sea view room which had an excellent view. They have limited parking at the front hotel , did manage to park there, however there is a paid parking adjacent or lots of free on sea front. Nice restaurant, I had the steak which was good. Would recommend."

"Excellent hotel, loved having the balcony and making to the seagulls. Room was clean, comfortable and front staff were very kind. My only (small) complaint would be the weak Wi-Fi signal, made doing our touring research a little difficult. Otherwise, thanm b you for the hospitality. "

"Stayed here as the last leg of our road trip through europe before bost home. Wanted a relaxing spa hot tub etc. The place looks amazing on way up drive. But the welcome leaves a lot to be desired. The outdoor pool was nice but felt like no one owed it and not sure if we were suposed to be there. The spa was shut so no hot tub. Felt a bit like you should be privileged to be there. Shae really because the venue is amazing"

"Family of 4 adults staying only a couple days. The room setup was ok, and we liked the balcony view of the hill side. To say this is a beach view is a real stretch. Wifi was mostly not available and weak, and there were not enough chairs nor a table for cards or talking. We did not try the breakfast. The beach was rock pebbles, which is ok, but the town has created beach cabins which completely block the ocean view from the several otherwise enjoyable restaurants."

"The private heated indoor pool was a real highlight for us. The host was friendly and welcoming and communication was good. The property is well-equipped and in a good location. There is a cycle path nearby that takes you into the local town. There’s a choice of local supermarkets, a McDonald’s, a park with mini golf etc. Dieppe is a nice seaside town about 45 minutes drive away, there’s a good theme park about 30 minutes away, the labyrinth maze about 10 mins away and wildlife parks etc too....
