This newly renovated one bedroom apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. We love children, but the property is not suitable for them due to safety concerns, and rental is limited to ADULTS ONLY. There is a separate entrance to this exclusive-use apartment in this owner-occupied home. The color palette is a soothing grey tone, to complement the relaxing atmosphere in our calm neighborhood.
The neighborhood is a small grouping of homes in a primarily rural area, surrounded by orchards and overlooking a beautiful vineyard. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to be peaceful and serene, the apartment is just a few minutes away from dining, casinos, golf, and shopping.

This is because we tend to rent out to people who stay more than 30 days, and we rent on multiple sites. We have been 'booked' 93% of the time since we began Short Term Renting this property in June 2018, and have gotten all 5 star reviews.

The LIVING ROOM includes a 43" television with streaming TV, HBOMax, Apple+, HULU and STARZ, as well as "Alexa" to answer your questions and play music. There are two recliners to relax in, as well as a loveseat. The coffee table top lifts to provide a work surface from the loveseat.
The DINING area includes a glass topped table with two chairs located in the bay window topped with a chandelier, with a view of the vineyard and succulent fountain.
The fully functional KITCHEN has a French door refrigerator, gas range with oven, dishwasher, and a pantry, for plenty of storage space. Dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and a variety of cooking appliances are provided. Two USB charging outlets are provided.
The BEDROOM features an comfortable king size mattress and an electric "fireplace" as well as a walk-in cedar closet. There is a chair and lamp for reading and a luggage rack and hamper. The bed has Mellanni microfiber sheets, which are super-soft. Four pillows plus 2 shams are provided for your comfort, as is a down comforter in a super-soft microfibre duvet. Four USB charging outlets, an extra blanket, and ample hangars are provided.
The 2020 renovated BATHROOM includes a new shower and sink, and a bidet installed in the toilet. A full set of towels as well as 2 bath sheets, are provided. The shower has sliding barn door style doors, and a mural of Italy. A built in night-light and memory foam bath mat completes the comfortable accessories.
A blanket and two towels are provided for beach use.
There is SHARED ACCESS to a convenient laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and hanging rack; a covered backyard patio and eating area; yard with covered swing; and BBQ.
The YARD and GARDEN consists of roses, iris, and a variety of flowers and succulents. Crape Myrtle trees line the front and side of the property. Garden art, hummingbird feeders and wind spinners provide visual interest. A succulent fountain, and variety of lit features gives the garden nighttime allure. This garden has been featured in the Fallbrook Garden Club's member tours. While small, it is beautiful!
