No hot water. Attendants were not very nice or helpful. They kept a dirty towel as a floor mat in the entrance of the lobby. Skimpy bedding, had to use my own blanket to stay warm and comfortable. There was a strong obnoxious smell in the room that was supposed to smell “clean”. The shower tub was dirty. Overall just not a nice place to stay.

I think it is because the city fallbrook is small and in the middle of LA and San Diego, there are not many people will stay in this location. The amount of guests is not many. But I do appreciate they provide a hotel here. The hotel condition is not very good; but I can feel they are trying to make it better for guests. They also provide free parking and breakfast. If you do need to find a hotel in this area, it is an option for you.

Location good for fwy, access,food, winery and Fallbrook. Average rate for comparable hotel. Service at check in was good. But the TV remote never worked. Property grooming is nice w/outdoor fireplace. Gated Pool and cuzzi clean and ada accessable. 2 floors no elevators. Rooms were rundown. Damaged furniture and uncomfortable beds. Bathrooms could use a make over as well. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, tea, oj. Nice to have something hot, self serve waffles. This could be a great property with a little bit of love. Overall I wii try this one again if needed. .

The TV doesnt work, i tried to call the front desk, the phone doesnt work, half side of the room doesnt have electricity. I went to the front desk and was told maybe we'll fix it tomorrow, i said I check out tomorrow and was told oh well sorry.

It was very inexpensive to stay but the room was in very poor condition. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and that was it. Broken fridge and lamps. Shower had an odd slimy film. Shower curtain had something smeared on it. visibly dirty pretty much everywhere you looked. Room had a very unpleasant odor.

I don’t even know where to start… DO NOT STAY HERE and now I will list the myriad of reasons why: bugs, floor hasn’t been cleaned in years (literally grosser than some public restroom floors), no hot water, pubes in the shower, toilet was sticky, puke and blood stains on mattress, key cards constantly stopped working, phones were just for decoration so you couldn’t call the office, when you went to the office you’d have to yell to find someone, cigarette holes in blankets, homeless sleeping in parking lot, free breakfast was a joke, the list goes on. This place needs to be shut down.

The staff was very nice. We overslept and were a half hour late in checking out because we checked in at 3 AM and the staff was good about it. Thank you to the staff. The restroom does need a little more attention.

Our toilet is over flowing and the front desk still hasnt came. Its been about 20 minutes now. Also the room has a joined room door that I could clearly hear the next door neighbors baby crying. Its not tje babies fault, I juat feel we shouldnt be able to hear one another.

Paint was peeling off the wall in several places. The motion sensor lights were going off all night, so we had to sleep with the lights on cause we couldn’t get them to just be turned off. Furniture has seen better days. Grounds around the area are unkept.

This place was nasty! Dirty, under construction, old. They don't have breakfast, they have a waffle maker, that's it. Food in the vending machines was also old, expired.
