"Was a bit worried after so many varied reviews. The hotel reception is not very warming or welcoming but the receptionists were amazing. We were given a free upgrade after she noticed our room was next to the party room. This was most welcomed. The room was lovely - however it wasn’t serviced and the shower gel dispenser was broken. Another receptionist gave us information for local taxis. Very long wait for food on the Friday evening due to there being 2 parties. We waited over an hour...

"We had a great weekend stay here. The room was spacious and very clean. We stayed half board, the breakfast buffet had a great selection and evening meals were superb! Staff are friendly and very helpful. A staff member Angelos ( bar/restaurant) was fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only slight shame was the bar closing at 10.30 on a Saturday evening. But not forgetting how nice the leisure facilities are. We will definitely return here. Highly recommend ."

"The hotel itself is very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful and as it was Xmas they gave us a hand written Christmas card and there was complimentary mulled wine in the bar. What we were not aware of was the parking charges!!!! If you are NOT a IHG member then the parking was £16 for an overnight stay. It was only when I checked in and was told it was free for members. By this point I had already paid it. I am a IHG member which I had forgot about but the hotel couldn’t refund me...

There are pleasant communal areas, yet there is no bar or restaurant; the only food and drink available is from vending machines. The rooms are very compact, yet are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a pleasant place to be, however, there is no space for a chair or desk. I booked a room with a window, yet, my room had only a window with obscured glass so I might as well had reserved a room...
