"Host was responsive to messages and was able to direct us to someone who spoke better english when help with navigation to the hotel was requested. However, the hotel was never provided on the vrbo page, so the initial address sent us to the incorrect area of the property and we had to circle the area and call the host to direct us to the accurate location. The owners Luca and Nico were fantastic they were available to explain everything about the property and help us in every way also suggested some great places to eat.Their property is meticulously clean and is fantastic for a family vacation, it met our expectations and more! "Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und bei Problemen schafft der Vermieter sofort Abhilfe. Außerdem stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite bei Fragen nach Ausflugszielen, Stränden und Restaurants waren viele gute Tipps dabei, die wir sehr genossen haben. Leider ist die Saison vor Ort spätestens Mitte September vorbei, weshalb das ein oder andere Restaurant und einige Strandbäder schon Anfang September geschlossen hatten."

"Our experience in Belmonte was amazing. The house was charming and very clean. It had everting needed to cook. We loved it. The town is enchanting and the views from the terrace was like something you only see in the movies. It is very peaceful, perfect for reading and doing nothing. My husband did plenty of sketches of the views and our son was inspire and wrote many poems. We are already planning to return in the summer."

"The apartment was exactly as shown on the website. It was clean, neat and it had a wonderful view of the town and ocean. We had some great sunsets from the second floor balcony. It was a little difficult to find and we had to wait for someone to come get us. All i all it was a great stay. The town of Pizzo is beautiful and quaint."

Gabriella and Gianfranco have taken on a Herculean task of reconstructing this charming hillside village home by home. Gianfranco and his brothers grew up there so there souls are one with the commune. The charm and authenticity of each casa is pure and perfect. "Great location with all amenities...property exactly as displayed in pictures...the only item I may have missed is that there is a clothes washing machine. Rosella was a great help with some local food recommendations."
