"Loved our stay. Felt very personal and the staff helped our anniversary memorable with in room surprises/treats. Doesn't matter what weather condition, there is also something happening with them having something to offer activity wise. The activity team staff were super approachable and made sure you were enjoying your time. The pools were great in terms of different depths catering for all. The beach was also a highlight, walking distance, clear and can also snorkel and do water activities which are included. Food options were pricey for what they were but did offer a range. The staff were friendly and it was an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. "

"Excellent customer service by all. I stayed 5 nights here with my 80 & 84 year parents. The staff were very accommodating to their needs and treated them with the utmost respect. They were loving, caring and professional always greeting you with a smile. Front house staff right through to the back house, kitchen, cleaners were a joy to deal with. "We stayed with the Manumea in Vailima for the first half of our trip, and everything was as promised on the website. Their grounds and facilities are beautiful, their indoor/outdoor bathrooms are unique with their clear roof as stated on their website “rain showers under the stars or under the sun”. our family were in time for Grill night on Wednesdays, cultural Fiafia night on Thursdays, and they also had DJ disco party on Fridays. it was so nice to return from our busy day to find the rooms refreshed each day, and we appreciated the complementary bottles of water in our fridges on arrival. Tropical breakfast was beautiful as well, and my granddaughter loved the pool, the Aircon and the TV, and the resident cat that became her good friend. They do have an airport shuttle service, but you need to give them enough notice. We cab from the airport and it was SAT$120, which would probably be about AU$75. Finally, the thing that I am most grateful for, is that our flight arrived at 1:10am, I spoke to them thel morning before flying out and they assured me that someone would be waiting. We arrived at the property around 3 AM and someone was at reception to greet us and let us into our rooms. We are so grateful for their service and their attention to their guests. We highly recommend this hotel to families and anybody looking for accommodation in Samoa."

"Our stay at Coconut resort and spa was wonderful. The resort is perfect for quiet and safe stay. Feels very private even though the resort was at full occupancy during our stay. We stayed in beach side fale. Great sized fale with authentic samoan vibe, built out of volcanic stone. The bathroom was incredible as semi outside with shower water coming out of stone wall. Access to beach felt like private beach Restaurant had great spaces, undercover and open air near the water. Food ok. Some reviewrs complained about limited continental breakfast. It was explianed to us continental breakfast was included which was ok for us. If you wanted additional choices they were available to buy. Spa building is really good quality semi outdoor setting and quality of massage good. Sunday cultural day was fabulous and the FiaFia night with fire dancers was great as oart of our stay. Not for people wanting to party. All guests during our stay were well behaved. Great place to relax and soak up authentic Samoa. We will be back. Thank you team at Coconuts. "
