"Die Steinigung war nicht gut weder im Haus noch im Außenbereich. Rasen als Spielfläche nicht nutzbar weil sehr unregelmäßig bis zum Teil nicht gemäht alter gammliger Rasenabschnitt auf der Fläche. Ein großer Baum dem die Krone zerbrochen im Gartenbereich herrunterhing so das man Bedenken haben musste ..."
