"Superb service and friendly staff. Hotel Manager gave us a later than normal check out which made a big difference to our experience (thank you). Great way to end the trip. Our room was so lovely with a large private pool area. Loved it."

"The reneiris hotel is on a hillside overlooking the beach. The view is spectacular and sitting in the balcony each evening was a great experience. BOOK A ROOM WITH A VIEW!! The rooms are modern and well presented. Breakfast is served in the pool bar and is varied and of Good quality. Pool area is nice, lots of parasols and pool was just right (1.6m max depth)"

"This resort is incredible! It's beautiful, on the beach, in a great location, & the breakfast was amazing!! The buffet was huge with so many selections. The spa & pool area were wonderful, you really felt like you're on vacation with things such as a swim up bar, chairs on the beach and 2 pools to choose from. "Our rooms and staff were amazing . The staff was super friendly . Our room was clean and renovated.The only area I would step up is the food for the a la carte restaurants. It was still a buffet and food was not good. Drinks were very syrupy and not good quality . "

"We stayed in Chania for our wedding anniversary at the Flair boutique in October. I can’t say enough about this hotel, staff, amenities and location. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. It’s about a 15 minute walk along the ocean to old town. The breakfast is amazing and the pool is heated with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean and unrestricted view of sunsets. All in all we would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Highly recomended stay in Chania!

"This Hotel is excellent. It is modern clean and conveniently situated. The staff are exceptional. The receptionists, Elaine and Katerina are welcoming and do everything possible to be helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a superb buffet breakfast and were greeted warmly by Petro or Agiara every day. The room 301 was a spacious city facing with every possible facility and the view from the enormous balcony included the distant mountains. We spent three comfortable nights close to a small sandy beach from which local people swam even in January! The walk along the sea front to the Venetian harbour took twenty five minutes. There are cafes and restaurants within easy reach. We cannot rcommend the Hyperion too highly."
