"We stayed at the Pyramids Sunrise Inn Hotel as a group with 17 rooms, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the view of the pyramids is absolutely stunning – especially at sunrise! From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and very well kept. We also enjoyed the delicious food, which was fresh and beautifully prepared each day. The whole group felt at home, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. It’s not easy to manage such a big group, but the team handled it perfectly. We all had a fantastic stay! If you’re coming to Cairo and want an unforgettable view with top-quality service, this is the place to be. Huge thanks to everyone at the hotel!"

"This hotel is an oasis in the desert! As a solo female foreigner, I felt safe, protected. The staff was always present. I read former reviews about a poor breakfast, so I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of food offerings plus a made to order egg station was especially nice. I have to say the staff spoiled me! It was clean and just perfect for my needs. I highly recommend this place!"

"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "
